Heat insulation paint…

It is often thought that the construction cost is high when the heat insulation paint with energy-saving effect is used. However, the estimated construction cost is almost same as the case when conventional paint is used. This is achieved because the actual use amount of the paint for general detached housing is small, and the price of Farm Barrier itself has been lowered.

The heat insulation paint not only suppresses the temperature rise for inside of the house, but has high durability as it is highly resistant to thermal deterioration.

Painting Procedure

Roof

Temporary scaffolding

The preparation of temporary scaffolding varies according to the actual site condition; Some one-story houses with flat roof do not require scaffolding at all.
(Standard price: 1,000 yen/m2)

High-pressure water washing

Algae, moss, and old paint are thoroughly washed off.
This process is very important, and if not conducted sufficiently, the durability of the paint decreases.

Under-coating
(primer)

The primer that is compatible with the base material is selected. It reinforces adhesiveness between the base surface and the paint.

Top-coating
(first time)

Toning is also available. The customer can select a favorite color.

Top-coating
(second time)

The second coating keeps the heat insulation effect and durability. The heat insulation effect lasts as long as the paint film remains.
(The effect can last for longer than 10 years.)

Exterior wall

Temporary scaffolding

The scaffold is basically used unless the wall is apparently low in height. The curing sheets are used in order to protect non-painting sections from splattering of washing water and paint.

High-pressure water washing

Algae, moss, and old paint are thoroughly washed off.
This process is very important, and if not conducted sufficiently, the durability of the paint decreases.

Curing

Curing is conducted manually and securely in order to prevent the paint from unintentionally attaching on non-painting sections. In case of unexpected paint attachment, such paint is removed and thoroughly cleaned before completion of the work.

Under-coating
(primer)

The most appropriate primer is selected according to the material of the base and whether the paint is conducted newly or for repair. There are also cases that application of the primer can be omitted.

Top-coating
(first time)

The paint is applied carefully with a roller. The customer can select a favorite color.

Top-coating
(second time)

The second coating is conducted for achieving gloss and luster. In the same way when the roof is painted, set a high value on maximizing the heat insulation effect and durability.
